What REA does?

The REA digester is an environmentally-friendly, anaerobic digestion system, using independent, modular anaerobic digesters to generate bio-methane from organic sources such as; industry waste from breweries, grocery stores, food processing plants, granaries, wineries, pulp/paper mills, as well as ethanol and biodiesel plants, restaurant grease and agricultural waste including manure and field crops.

This thermophilic plug flow digester with variable mixing agitation is designed to handle various industrial and agricultural organic waste simultaneously (co-digestion) or separately.

The REA digester also offers many advantages over current digester systems; lower cost fabrication, faster digestion, smaller footprint, higher gas production, superior pathogen kill and BOD/COD conversion rates, and better odor control.

All potential anaerobic digester applications have the potential for many revenue streams, however each design must be tailored to the specific site conditions.  REA will assess the potential for various revenue streams and configure a custom system to incorporate these streams for the benefit of each client.

In addition, the REA team will determine project capital costs, space and utility requirements, grant potential and tax incentives.

REA has partnered with an engineering/bio-engineering university to establish the bench test protocol to validate each custom process and revenue potential prior to kick off.

REA will perform detailed design, purchase equipment, field install, commission, and start up the process.  REA can provide on-going field maintenance, as well as continuous automatic monitoring of the system.  Your success is our success!
